From your busywork to agents at work.
We're GTZ AI Works, Southern Colorado's Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP). An AI agent is software you give a real job to, and it does that job over and over without being asked again. Here is the whole path, in three steps: we sort your work for free, we fit the agents to your business, and then they go to work while you stay in charge.
▸ No platform migration. Start with one agent.
The path
Three steps.
No leap of faith required.
Start with a free sort
We run a quick session called Where AI Earns Its Keep. Together we walk through the tasks that fill your week and drop each one into a pile: keep-it-human, do-it-together, cut-it, or hand-it-to-an-agent. It is a working session, not a pitch, and it costs you nothing. If nothing lands in the hand-it-off pile, we tell you so, and there is no sale to make. We would rather be straight with you than sell you an agent you do not need.
We fit the agents to your business
For whatever did land in the hand-it-off pile, we build the agent around how you already work. We train it on your workflow, your voice, and the tools you already use, so the lead reply sounds like your shop and the follow-up follows your steps. This is the part that makes AI actually work, and the part DIY skips. You are not handed a blank app to figure out alone. You get an agent that already knows the job before its first shift.
They go to work, you stay in control
Once an agent is fitted, it goes to work. You approve what matters, set where the line sits between what it handles and what you take, and the agent hands off to you the moment a real conversation starts. It never guesses; when it hits something it cannot answer, it routes to you with the context attached. We monitor and tune it in the background, so it keeps doing the job well long after launch. And when you are ready, you add the next agent.
Why this order
The sort comes first for a reason.
You see the work before you spend
Most AI sales start with a demo and a contract. We start with your actual week, on paper, so you know exactly which tasks an agent would take off your plate before any money changes hands.
Some work should stay human
The judgment calls and the relationships are yours to keep. The sort makes that explicit. An agent clears the repetitive stuff around the work only you can do, and nothing more.
We run this ourselves
Four of the five agents we build already run inside GTZ today. When we fit one to your business, we are setting up the same kind of worker we trust to keep our own shop moving, not an experiment we are trying on you first.
A worked example
What the path looks like for a real shop.
Say you run a home-services business. In the free sort, answering after-hours leads lands squarely in the hand-it-off pile, while quoting a tricky job stays human. So we fit the AI Lead Response agent to your forms and your voice, train it on the questions you always ask first, and set it to hand off to you the second a real conversation starts. From then on, the customer who fills out your form at nine at night gets a real answer in seconds, and you read it in the morning with the lead still warm. You did not change how you work. You just stopped losing the leads you already paid to win.

Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
What is the free sort, exactly?
It is a short working session we call Where AI Earns Its Keep. We go through the tasks that fill your week and sort each one into keep-it-human, do-it-together, cut-it, or hand-it-to-an-agent. It costs nothing, and if nothing belongs in the hand-it-off pile, we tell you so and there is no sale to make.
Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
No. We fit each agent around your existing workflow, voice, and tools. You start with one agent, not a platform migration, and add more only when you are ready.
Do I stay in control once the agents are running?
Yes. You approve what matters and set where the line sits between what the agent handles and what you take. The agent hands off to you the moment a real conversation starts, and it routes anything it cannot answer to you instead of guessing.
Do I have to be technical for this to work?
No. The point of a local Managed Intelligence Provider is that our team in Pueblo and Colorado Springs sets each agent up, trains it on your business, and watches over it for you.
