Before anything goes live, we run a quick session called Where AI Earns Its Keep, sorting your weekly tasks into keep-it-human, do-it-together, cut-it, or hand-it-to-an-agent. If nothing lands in the hand-it-off pile, we tell you, and there is no sale to make.
