The short version

Your data and
our AI agents

We're GTZ AI Works, Southern Colorado's Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP), and when our AI agents work on your behalf they touch real things: your leads, your documents, your words. So here is where your data stands with us, said plainly and without the fine-print runaround. You stay the owner. We are the people in Pueblo and Colorado Springs who set the agents up and watch over them.

Plain language, no legalese

Where you stand

Four things that don't change.
No matter which agents you run.

01

You stay the controller of your data

It is your information. You decide what the agents can see, what they can touch, and when. We handle it to run the service you asked for, and that is the whole of it. You can ask us what we hold and tell us to stop at any time.

02

Your data is not used to train someone else's model

What you give an agent stays for your use. Your documents, your messages, and your records are not fed into a vendor's model to train it without your consent. We will never quietly turn your business into someone else's training set.

03

You own what the agents produce

The drafts, the replies, the proposals an agent makes for you are yours to keep, edit, send, or throw out. We are not holding your own output hostage. It belongs to your business, full stop.

04

The work is AI-generated, so a human should review it

Agents are fast and tireless, but they are not perfect. Their output can contain mistakes, and it should be read by a person before it goes out the door. That is exactly why every agent we build leaves you the editor, and why a human on our side is watching the whole time.

Why we put this in writing

We run our own shop on these agents.
So we hold them to the same line.

Four of the five agents on our roster already work inside GTZ today. Our leads, our content, our knowledge base, our proposals. We would not let an agent treat our own business carelessly, and we are not going to let one treat yours that way either. The posture above is not marketing. It is the same standard we live by, turned outward to you.

Straight answers

A few questions people ask first.

Who owns the data the agents work with?

You do. You stay the controller. We handle your data to run the service you signed up for, and you can ask what we hold or tell us to stop at any time.

Will my information be used to train an AI model?

Not without your consent. What you give an agent is there to do your work, not to train a vendor's model behind your back.

Can I trust what an agent writes?

Trust it, then check it. The output is AI-generated and can contain errors, so a person should review it before it goes out. Every agent we build keeps you as the editor.
