How pricing works

The model, not the maze

Pricing you can
actually predict.

We're GTZ AI Works, Southern Colorado's Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP), and we keep pricing boring on purpose. You pay a one-time setup fee to get an agent built and fitted to your business, then a flat monthly subscription for each agent you run. That's the whole shape of it. No usage meter ticking in the background, no surprise line at the bottom of the invoice.

The shape of it

Two parts, and that's it.
Setup once, then a flat monthly per agent.

01

A one-time setup fee

This covers the real work of building your agent and fitting it to how your shop actually runs. We train it on your voice, wire it into your tools, and test it before it touches a live customer. You pay this once, per agent, at the start.

02

A flat monthly subscription

After setup, each agent carries a flat monthly subscription. We host it, watch it, and keep it tuned. The number you agree to is the number you see every month, so you can budget for it like you budget for rent.

03

Your bill does not spike with use

A busy week does not cost you more than a quiet one. There's no per-message charge, no per-call meter, no token counter running up the tab while you sleep. A flat monthly is a flat monthly. That is the entire point.

What we will not do

We never price your outcome.
And we never promise one.

Plenty of people will sell you a percentage of some result they swear they'll get you. We don't work that way. We charge for the agent and the work of running it, not for leads, not for hours you might save, not for a number on a dashboard. An agent is software that does a job. We tell you what it does, we let you watch it do it inside our own company first, and we leave the bragging to whoever needs it. You stay the one who reads the output and decides.

Software licenses

When an agent needs paid software,
we pass it through at retail.

1

You pay retail for the license

Some agents lean on third-party software to do their job. When they do, that license passes straight through to you at the same retail price you would pay buying it yourself. We do not pad it.

2

Our handling shows as its own line

For sourcing it, setting it up, and keeping it current, we add a transparent procurement-fee line. It sits right there on the invoice with its own label, not buried inside the license cost. You always see what is the vendor's price and what is ours.

3

Nothing hides

That's the whole reason we split it out. You should be able to read your bill in one pass and know exactly what each line is for. If a charge ever makes you squint, we have done it wrong.

Where you start

One agent, not a platform migration.

You do not have to rip out your tools or bet your whole operation on us to begin. You start with a single agent, the one task that eats the most of your week, and you see how it goes. Add another when it earns its place. This is the same path we walked ourselves, which is why four of the five agents we offer already run inside GTZ today. We grew into them one at a time, and so can you.

For the founding group

Founding pricing, for the ones who go first.

We're onboarding a small founding group, and they get founding pricing for being early. They also get a real say in which agents we build next. We will quote you exact numbers when we sit down and scope your first agent, and not a day before, because a price you cannot see the shape of is just a guess. Get on the list and we will walk you through all of it, plainly, when your spot opens.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

How does GTZ AI Works charge for an agent?

Two parts. A one-time setup fee to build the agent and fit it to your business, then a flat monthly subscription for each agent you run. That's the whole model.

Does my bill go up when things get busy?

No. The monthly subscription is flat. A busy week costs the same as a quiet one. There's no per-message charge, no per-call meter, and no usage counter running up the tab.

Do you charge based on results, like leads or hours saved?

Never. We charge for the agent and the work of running it, not for any outcome. We describe what an agent does and let you watch it run inside our own company first. You stay the one who reviews the output.

What about software the agent needs?

When an agent relies on paid third-party software, that license passes through to you at retail. Our handling of it shows up as its own transparent procurement-fee line on the invoice, so you always see the vendor's price separately from ours.

Do I have to commit to a whole platform up front?

No. You start with one agent, the task that eats the most of your week, not a platform migration. Add more as they earn their place. It's the same way we grew into the agents we run inside GTZ.

What is founding pricing?

Founding pricing is a benefit for the small group that joins early. It comes with a say in which agents we build next. We share exact numbers when we sit down to scope your first agent, so join the waitlist and we'll walk you through it when your spot opens.
